Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Training Classes Attracting Members from Harrow, Ruislip  Pinner, Stanmore, Watford and surrounding areas

A martial art that focuses on taking the opponent to the ground and controlling them but also applying many joint locks, choke holds and submission techniques. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling martial art with no striking applications but it is known to be one of the most important and effective martial arts to learn, especially if also learning Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).

Sparring or often called ‘Rolling’ in BJJ is often a main part of training to incorporate and put to the test what has been learnt in practice.

Traditionally a ‘Gi’ is worn when training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and this plays as important part in the technical aspect of the discipline.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a popular martial art to learn for children, teenagers & adults of all ages and abilities.
